Detailed explanation:
In the past, SIMPL Windows treated all of Crestron’s “generic input” ports as the same. That is, it didn’t distinguish between a Versiport and, say, the inputs on the PAC2M (which only accept a dry contact). The result was that tools like D3 Pro and SB would allow the user to place Crestron's occupancy sensors onto ports that physically could not support them.
This change in this version of the Device Database should fix the problem, where now devices should be better matched to the input ports.
Crestron's occupancy sensors should now only be allowed to drop onto Versiports, or other ports designed specifically for them (e.g. the occupancy sensor inputs on the GLPAC).
Note: For the "Versiport and Digital I/O ports" changes to work properly Crestron Database v.30.00.001 and up is required.

The include4.dat file shipped with this Device Database enables the THREADSAFE keyword in SIMPL+ for the 2-Series processors. It is already a legal keyword for the 3-Series processors. HOWEVER, until firmware version 4.6 is released for the 2-Series, you will not be able to use it, and will get warning messages when uploading the program to the 2-Series processor. Until then, please continue to use conditionals around the THREADSAFE keyword as you are currently doing, when using it for the 3-Series only.
