Crestron to Debut Major Enhancements to Zūm™ Lighting Control Platform at LightFair® International 2019

Rockleigh, NJ – May 20, 2019 – At LightFair International 2019, Crestron will debut the additions of DALI^® network-based system control, asset tracking, and configurable programming to its award-winning Zūm^™ wireless lighting control platform. The major enhancements make it even easier to design, set up, and manage Zūm wireless lighting control systems. LightFair International 2019 will take place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia, PA, May 21 – 23. Crestron experts will be on-hand at booth #3061 for live demonstrations.
 
Benefits of the Zūm enhancements:
 
Asset tracking: Managers can now track building assets natively from a networked Zūm system including medical equipment, facility and maintenance equipment, AV and IT equipment, as well as staff and visitors. Real-time location can now be monitored via the Zūm Hub. Zūm also now supports data collection for cloud-based reporting and management.
 
Configurable programming: Zūm now provides more programming flexibility along with support for more advanced programming of Zūm keypads. Additionally, Zūm can now interface with third-party devices via an RS-232 bridge.
 
DALI control: A new single loop wireless DALI controller interfaces with the full Zūm architecture and head end network and works with the award-winning Crestron SolarSync™ automatic outdoor daylight and color temperature sensor.

Zūm is a simple wireless lighting control system. Each device is thoughtfully engineered to work together seamlessly.
