Crestron Virtual Control (VC-4 series) software maintenance licenses are an add-on to VC-4 series perpetual licenses (VC‑4‑CORE, VC‑4‑ROOM‑1‑49, VC‑4‑ROOM‑50‑99, and VC‑4‑ROOM‑100+) that ensure continuous software updates and access to higher support tiers for a Crestron Virtual Control installation. Maintenance licenses are subscription-based and are available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms per room.
Software maintenance services are provided to the licensed room for the entirety of the chosen subscription term. The software maintenance schedule can be viewed here.
Software maintenance services provide the following benefits:
- Continuous software updates
- Dedicated support contacts for Crestron Virtual Control
- Partner registration (the end-customer will be registered as a partner, allowing them to contact Crestron technical support directly with issues pertaining to their installation)
- Predefined support response times and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
