Provides a wireless access point with exceptional Wi-Fi® performance for use with Crestron® touch screens, remotes, computers, mobile devices, and other equipment. Supports 802.11 a, b, g, and n devices.

The CEN-WAP-1500 Wireless Access Point provides exceptional Wi-Fi® performance for use with Crestron® touch screens, remotes, computers, mobile devices, and other equipment. High output power combined with concurrent dual-band 3x3 MIMO technology delivers superior wireless range and maximum data rates for demanding residential and commercial applications. The CEN-WAP-1500 supports 802.11 a, b, g, and n devices. Internal high-performance antennas achieve extended omnidirectional coverage for easy placement in virtually any indoor environment. Its low-profile design and versatile installation options afford an unobtrusive appearance, whether placed on a shelf or mounted to a wall or ceiling. The included PoE injector streamlines wiring to the wireless access point location, carrying both power and data over a single Ethernet cable.[1]

  1. The CEN-WAP-1500 must be powered using the PoE injector supplied. Due to its high power design, it is not compatible with any other PoE injector or PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment).
  2. All references to speed are for comparison purposes only.
  3. The CEN-WAP-1500 is not a router and must be connected to a network with a router to enable Internet access.
